We offer premium extra virgin olive oils from California and many origins in the Mediterranean. Most of our oils are purchased through family connections, and are sourced from small estates. Our oils are well below the acidity levels to be extra virgin.

Cooking Oils (Pure Olive Oil)

Some prefer a pure olive oil that can be heated on the range, or has a “softer flavor profile” for baking. To avoid confusion and distinguish them from the extra virgin oils, all of our cooking oils have white shrink caps.
